Letter of invitation – If you submitted an abstract you can access your letter of invitation for your visa application, through your author portal in the abstract submission program. If you did not submit an abstract, please send a request, with your full mailing address to gsaconferences@genetics-gsa.org and a letter will be emailed back to you.
Shirt Design Competition – Original designs are being solicited for the Fungal 2026 shirt. Designs should feature the variety of fungi that the community studies. Submit your original (black and white or color) artwork (pdf) by November 13. The Fungal Policy Committee and Scientific Organizers will review the artwork and determine the winning design. The design will be used for the conference shirt. Shirts will be ordered via the registration site.
Payment must be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) through the online registration process. Credit card payments will not be accepted by telephone or fax.
GSA does not accept purchase orders for registration payments.
Visit the Registration Resource Center (available November 3) to update your contact information or print a receipt. You will need your badge number to access your record, which is listed in your registration confirmation email.
Do not click the “Cancel Registration” button on the registration form at any time. If you wish to request cancellation of your registration, contact gsaconferences@genetics-gsa.org. Cancellation requests received by January 22, 2026 are fully refundable and will not incur a cancellation fee. All cancellations received between January 23 and March 21, 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.
Do not cancel your registration if all you want to do is edit your registration form before you submit it. You can do that by navigating between pages using the “Back” and “Next” buttons.
