Registration

Registration will open November 14, 2025.

To receive the member rate you must be a GSA member for 2026. Consider joining GSA and save hundreds on your registration fees. Your membership will become active within 20 minutes, and will remain valid through December 31, 2026. During the registration process, you will be asked to create a new account or sign in to an existing account. If you were a GSA member or attended a GSA conference in the last seven years, you already have a GSA account and should use the “forgot your password” option.

Additional Fees

Facility Fee

All attendees are required to pay the facility fee. The fee is included in the Asilomar reservation rate so no additional payment is required. If an attendee chooses to stay off-site, they are required to pay the Asilomar daily facilities fee of $65 total (no refunds for late arrivals or early departures) when registering for the meeting. If you are purchasing the meal plan, the facility fee is included with the meal plan.

Meal Plan

Attendees that are not staying at Asilomar Conference Grounds can purchase a meal plan/facility fee ticket ($460) that includes dinner on Tuesday, June 9 through breakfast on Saturday, June 13 and the facility fee. The package can be purchased on the conference registration form. If you are staying at Asilomar, you do not need to purchase the meal plan or facility fee as they are included in the cost of your room.

Manage Your Registration

Payment Options

Payment must be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) through the online registration process. Credit card payments will not be accepted by telephone or fax.

GSA does not accept purchase orders for registration payments.

Registration Resource Center

Visit the Registration Resource Center to update your contact information or print a receipt. You will need your badge number to access your record, which is listed in your registration confirmation email.

Cancellation

If you wish to request cancellation of your registration, contact gsaconferences@genetics-gsa.org.

Conference cancellation requests received by April 11, 2026 are fully refundable and will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations received on April 12, 2026 or later will not be eligible for a refund.

To receive a refund, please submit a copy of your cancellation request to gsaconferences@genetics-gsa.org with the word “Refund” in the subject line.
