The 25th International Worm Meeting will be held at the University of California, Davis in Davis, California. The only way to make a reservation is by contacting the hotel directly through the reservation site or phone number listed below. While hotel resellers or others may contact you offering accommodations for your trip, they are not endorsed or affiliated with GSA, or the Conference.
Dormitory Housing
Dorm housing in the Cuarto Residence Area at UC Davis will be available to attendees. The area features private outdoor courtyards, close proximity to campus, community shopping, and the Activities and Recreation Center (The ARC) as well as the Recreation Pool.
The reservation fee for dorm housing will include a full meal plan, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner on campus.
Rates and reservation links for dorm housing will be available in January 2025.
For bookings made directly with the hotels, attendees can cancel an individual booking up until 48 hours prior without penalty.
Meals
Meals are not included in the conference registration fee, but there are dining options on campus and in the surrounding area that can accommodate all dining preferences and budgets. Find additional information in the Attendee Resources page.

Travel
Davis is served by two major airports:
San Francisco International Airport (SFO): This airport is approximately 90 miles (1.5 hours) from Davis, You can travel to Davis by rental car, train, bus or SuperShuttle.
Sacramento Airport (SMF): This airport is approximately 20 miles (30 minutes) from Davis. Attendees can travel from the airport to Davis through Uber, Lyfty, the Davis Airporter (private airport shuttle service), SuperShuttle, or the Yolobus.
For travel within the city, attendees can use bikes, ride-share services, and public transport like Davis Community Transit, Unitrans, Yolobus. The City of Davis also has a variety of public transportation options listed on its website for travel within and outside Davis.
