Meals are not included in the registration fee. Attendees staying on campus have meals included in their reservation fee. A meal plan for lunch Sunday through Tuesday will be available on the UC Davis reservation site. The meal plan cannot be purchased onsite and must be ordered on the University of CA, Davis reservation site by March 28, 2025. Meal tickets will not be refundable.
If you do not purchase the meal plan, there are many dining options in the surrounding area that can accommodate all dining preferences and budgets.
Meeting shirts will be available for advance purchase. The website to purchase meeting and GSA products will be available February 3, 2025.
There is an opportunity to donate $5 or $10 to support activities offered to the Worm Community including travel grants to various Worm meetings and the Art Show.
Payment must be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) through the online registration program. Credit card payments will not be accepted by telephone.
GSA does not accept purchase orders for registration payments.
Visit the Registration Resource Center to update your contact information, pay a balance due, add an item or print a receipt. You will need your badge number to access your record, which is listed in your registration confirmation email.
If you wish to request cancellation of your registration, contact gsaconferences@genetics-gsa.org.
Cancellation requests received by May 2, 2025 are fully refundable and will not incur a cancellation fee. All cancellations received between May 3, 2025 and May 13, 2025, will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations received on May 14, 2025 or later will not be eligible for a refund.
