- Use the following identity wheels to help align your interests and beliefs with your career options. These sample activities are adapted from the University of Michigan’s classroom resource catalog:
  - Personal Identity Wheel
  - Social Identity Wheel
- Ikigai Framework
  - Use this blank Ikigai to fill out: what you love, what you are good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for. Consider where these categories overlap, and how these identities impact your career options.
- Develop your career and personal goals with the S.M.A.R.T.-E.R. Goal Worksheet.
- The Rose, Thorn, Bud technique is a versatile and easily applicable evaluation framework which you can use to visualize and directly compare strengths, opportunities for improvement, and areas of potential growth for a career match, career decision, or other opportunity.

- ImaginePhD is an Individual Development Plan resource that was created by the Graduate Career Consortium. This IDP has a focus on social science and humanities disciplines.
- myIDP was created by the American Association for the Advancement of Sciences. myIDP focuses exclusively on STEM careers, and it provides robust resources for your review to facilitate your assessment and career exploration.
