Registration

During the registration process, you will be asked to create a new account or sign in to an existing account. If you were a GSA member or attended a GSA conference in the last seven years, you already have a GSA account and should use the “forgot your password” option if you do not remember your login information.

To receive the member rate you must be a GSA member for 2025. Your membership will become active within 20 minutes, and it will remain valid through December 31, 2025. Consider joining GSA and save hundreds on your registration fees.

Meals

Meals are not included in the registration fee. Cash concessions will be available at the Town & Country in addition to the restaurants at the hotel. There is also a food court in the mall behind the hotel. There are many dining options in the surrounding area that can accommodate all dining preferences and budgets.

Conference T-shirt

Commemorate your time at the 66th Annual Drosophila Research Conference and take home a memory you can wear for years to come, plus show off to your colleagues and friends! This T-shirt shows an image of a fruit fly in a Pop Art design aesthetic. Don’t forget to order by January 21, 2025; the T-shirts are $30, which you’ll pay when you place the order during the online registration process. The T-shirts can be picked up at the registration desk beginning on Thursday, March 20.

Payment Options

Payment must be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) through the online registration process. Credit card payments will not be accepted by telephone or fax.

GSA does not accept purchase orders for registration payments.

Registration Resource Center

Visit the Registration Resource Center to update your contact information, pay a balance due, add an item or print a receipt. You will need your badge number to access your record, which is listed in your registration confirmation email.

Cancellation

If you wish to request cancellation of your registration, contact gsaconferences@genetics-gsa.org.

Cancellation requests received by January 21, 2025 are fully refundable and will not incur a cancellation fee. All cancellations received between January 22, 2025 and February 20, 2025, will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations received on February 21, 2025 or later will not be eligible for a refund.
