Oral presentation sessions will be viewed using the Zoom Webinar platform and will be scheduled and accessed using GSA’s Conference App. The conference will be held live, and recordings of talks will be available to registrants for 30 days after the meeting.
You will use the Conference App to access the sessions. To make the sessions easier to navigate, we strongly recommend you build your schedule before the meeting starts using the schedule function of the App.
To build your schedule:
If you don’t know your badge number, you can access it through the Registration Resource Center. Click “Forgot login info,” and the badge number will be sent to you via email.
Five minutes before your chosen session starts:
The “Join Webinar” button for each session will not be visible until 10 minutes before the session starts.
Send your questions through the Zoom Q&A window to the session chair. The chair will select questions to ask the presenter.
All presentations (keynotes and sessions) will be available for registered attendees to view online for 30 days following the conference. The recordings will be available via the Conference App.
When you register for MPM XXXI you agree to abide by the GSA Conferences Code of Conduct. Our Code of Conduct was established to communicate a transparent set of standards and guidelines for acceptable behavior at GSA Conferences and to provide a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for all attendees. All sessions will be moderated for disruptive behavior.
