Company representatives will be able to re-connect and re-engage with the community after two years of COVID restrictions. Online Ordering from Innovative Expo

Connect with attendees at the Opening Mixer and dedicated exhibits and posters hours. To increase attendees during the posted hours, a new feature being offered are networking hotspots, which will be designated tables on the show floor with specific topics. The schedule has been reformatted to give attendees and exhibitors concentrated time in the exhibit and poster hall. The exhibits are guaranteed traffic because each day a new set of posters will be presented. Booth includes:

  • 10′ x 10 booth
  • Company name and URL in the program book and conference app
  • 50 word company description in program book and conference app
  • Listing on conference mobile website
  • One full conference registration for one exhibit representative to attend the full scientific program
  • 8′ high back drape and 3′ high side drape
  • Standard sign (7” x 44”) with company name and booth number
  • Carpeting
  • Janitorial service for the aisles of the exhibit area

Marketing Opportunities

All of the opportunities below include: company logo displayed on the meeting website, session slides, conference app, online planner, and in the PDF of the program book.

  • Industry Session – highlight new technologies or provide a live product demonstration with time for questions. Two options are available:
    • $1,500 – In-person Session (not available to virtual attendees) Fee includes meeting room rental and audio visual.
      • Friday, April 8, 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
      • Saturday, April 9, 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
    • $2,500 – Pre-conference Virtual Session (open to all registered attendees) – this 60-minute session will be recorded and available for 25 days after the start of the conference (limited to 2 companies per block) Fee includes Zoom link, technical assistance and copy of the recording.

  • Pre-conference Professional Development Workshops$1,500 – sponsor a workshop, participate on a panel, and be recognized as a sponsor (limited to one sponsor per workshop)
  • Publishing Q&A Workshop$2,200 – participate on the editor panel to explain the publishing process to early career scientists from inception to review to decision. This event will be offered virtually on March 30 and be open to Drosophila Research Conference (1,200) and Fungal Genetics Conference (950) registrants. (limited to three publishing companies and approval by GSA Journals staff)
  • Larry Sandler Award Plenary Session Sponsor – $1,000 – (limited to one sponsor)
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Plenary Session Sponsor – $1,250 – designed to promote scholarship and to share expertise on DEI topics, in line with the goal of moving toward a more equitable scientific enterprise. (limited to one sponsor)
  • Registration Fee Waivers Sponsor – to encourage participation from low- and middle-income countries, companies can sponsor registration fee waivers
  • Opening Social Sponsor – $2,500 –  get your name in front of the attendees at the start of the meeting by sponsoring the Opening Mixer. Sponsorship includes:
    • Recognition on signage
    • Acknowledgement in Schedule of Events online and in the app
    • Option to provide literature and giveaway table at event
    • Exhibiting companies receive a discount of $500 for a special pricing of $2,000
