In 2027, the 68th Annual Drosophila Conference will be returning to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for the first time since 2018 when there were over 1,500 attendees. In 2026, 44% of the registrants were first time attendees, so even if you participated in the past, you will be reaching new prospects. The boutique size exhibit hall of 25 booths along with 700 posters being presented guarantees traffic. Dros 2027 covers the full diversity of Drosophila investigations including genetics, molecular biology, cell biology, development, neuroscience, gene editing, evolution, and beyond. Display your custom advertising on a banner Ad on the mobile app and online planner. The App and online planner were downloaded over 2,100 times in 2026. Your ad will rotate with the other ads, every time the attendees log on.
Know Before You Go email – $2,500
Promote your company with a banner ad (including your URL) in every attendee’s “Know Before You Go” email. With an open email rate of over 85%) you can connect with attendees before they arrive at the conference (placement will be in the middle of the email.)

Exhibitor agrees to comply with the terms of the Exhibitor Agreement and with the Rules and Guidelines for Exhibiting which are incorporated in the Agreement. Please note that union rules for this show must be followed. See the service kit for additional information. The Exhibitor further agrees that GSA may terminate Exhibitor’s license to use exhibit space, without refund, if Exhibitor, after notice, shall fail to immediately cure any violation of the Rules.
