To receive the member rate you must be a GSA member for 2027. Consider joining GSA or renewing your membership to save hundreds on your registration fees. Your membership will become active within 20 minutes, and will remain valid through December 31, 2027.
During the registration process, you will be asked to create a new account or sign in to an existing account. If you were a GSA member or attended a GSA Conference in the last nine years, you already have a GSA account and should use the “forgot your password” option if you do not remember your login information.

Meals are not included in the registration fee. Cash concessions may be available at the conference hotel daily for lunch in addition to the restaurants at the hotel. There are many dining options in the surrounding area that can accommodate all dining preferences and budgets including the Reading Terminal Market.

Unable to attend the conference in person but still want to hear more about what your colleagues are doing in the area of Drosophila research? Recordings of all abstract driven oral sessions will be available for purchase after the meeting. The option also gives you access to poster presentations, where authors have uploaded their poster, along with an audio overview where available through the Conference App through April 30, 2027. You can communicate with attendees through the App and ask questions of presenters and other attendees, allowing you to network and form collaborations from wherever you are. To sign up, select “Recordings only” when you register for Dros 2027—the cost is $100 for GSA members or $200 for non-members.
Payment must be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) through the online registration portal. Credit card payments will not be accepted by telephone or fax. GSA does not accept purchase orders for registration payments.
Visit the Registration Resource Center to update your contact information, pay a balance due, add an item, or print a receipt. You will need your badge number to access your record, which is listed in your registration confirmation email.

Cancellation requests received by December 31, 2026 are fully refundable and will not incur a cancellation fee. All cancellations received between January 1, 2027 and January 15, 2027, 2027, will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations received on January 16, 2027, 2026 or later will not be eligible for a refund.
