Upload Vaccination and Negative Test Documents
Please have a PDF of your negative test result and vaccination documents ready to upload at the same time. All in-person attendees must provide verification that they are fully vaccinated and boosted, if eligible, against COVID-19, and provide a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours prior to their arrival at Asilomar. For more information on these requirements, please check our Conference Policies.
