The Annual Molecular Parasitology Meeting covers all aspects of parasite molecular biology, cell biology, biochemistry, genetics, and genomics. We seek broad representation of all parasites and approaches, and presentations by students and postdocs are particularly encouraged. Typically at the MBL in Woods Hole, the conference will be held online around the world and in your home this year. A virus will not keep parasitology down!
To help the conference go virtual, the meeting organizers have partnered with the Genetics Society of America (GSA), an international community of biologists from all career stages and more than 50 countries. GSA will be hosting the meeting using the virtual platform they successfully used for TAGC Online, which had over 14,000 attendees.
Talks will be presented via Zoom and will be scheduled and accessed using GSA’s custom conference app. The conference will be held live, and recordings of talks will be available to registrants for 30 days after the meeting. Poster files and optional poster presentation audio will be available to registrants via the conference app. Poster presenters will also have the opportunity to take part in live Poster Q&A sessions on the Remo virtual networking platform.
