26th International Worm Meeting
To receive the member rate you must be a GSA member for 2027. Consider joining GSA or renewing your membership to save hundreds on your registration fees. Your membership will become active within 20 minutes, and will remain valid through December 31, 2027.
During the registration process, you will be asked to create a new account or sign in to an existing account. If you were a GSA member or attended a GSA Conference in the last nine years, you already have a GSA account and should use the “forgot your password” option if you do not remember your login information.
Registration rates will be available soon.
A lunch and dinner plan package for Monday through Wednesday will be available. The meal plan must be ordered when you register. It cannot be purchased on-site. The Exhibit Hall will provide a communal dining area. Meals will be traditional Japanese bento boxes, creating a distinctive cultural experience while facilitating informal discussions. Shared meals are intentionally designed to promote networking across career stages and research disciplines.
Unable to attend the conference in person but still want to hear more about what your colleagues are doing in the area of Worm research? Recordings of all abstract driven oral sessions are available for purchase. The option also gives you access to poster presentations where authors have uploaded their poster along with an audio overview through the Conference App through August 22, 2027. You’ll be able to communicate with attendees through the App and ask questions of presenters and other attendees, allowing you to network and form collaborations from wherever you are.
Payment must be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) through the online registration process. Credit card payments will not be accepted by telephone or fax.
GSA does not accept purchase orders for registration payments.
Visit the Registration Resource Center to update your contact information, pay a balance due, add an item or print a receipt. You will need your badge number to access your record, which is listed in your registration confirmation email.

Cancellation requests received by May 18, 2027 are fully refundable and will not incur a cancellation fee. All cancellations received between May 19 and May 31, 2027, will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations received on June 1, 2027 or later will not be eligible for a refund.
