TAGC’s relaxing venue, Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, is located in bustling National Harbor, about 30 minutes from Washington, DC. All TAGC reservations at the Gaylord National Resort (i.e. bookings made using the TAGC group link) will be automatically cancelled. You should receive a cancellation confirmation email and a refund of your deposit. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please call the hotel directly at (+1) 301-965-4000 and give them your hotel confirmation number to make sure the reservation is cancelled. Due to the high volume of calls the hotel is receiving, at times they are experiencing technical difficulties with the phone system.
You need to cancel 72 hours before your day of arrival. GSA will send a reminder email to all those that have not cancelled as the deadline approaches so that you do not have a cancellation fee.
