The Oval Room

Potomac Riverboat Company

While you could take a taxi or an Uber from National Harbor to DC, why miss a chance to enjoy some scenic views on the way? The Capital Wheel

From 180 feet above the Potomac River aboard the Capital Wheel, you will experience striking views of the National Cathedral, Washington Monument, City of Alexandria, and Prince George’s County. It’s a great way to sightsee without ever having to leave National Harbor.

Though DC’s famous cherry blossoms usually hit their peak in early April, there will likely be blooms left to enjoy while TAGC is in town. Take a ride up to the city to see one of its most iconic and photo-worthy sights.

Historical and Political Landmarks

No trip to the DC area is complete without visits to iconic landmarks such as the White House, the Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument, Capitol Hill, and the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial. Not to mention some of the most famous museums in the country, including the National Museum of African American History and Culture, National Air and Space Museum, National Museum of the American Indian, National Art Gallery, National Museum of Natural History, National Portrait Gallery and many more. Any one of these sights alone is worth the short drive from National Harbor!
