Cashless Venue Announcement

The Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center has recently become a cashless venue. The Gaylord accepts all major credit cards as well as debit cards. If you only have cash on hand, please visit the Cash-to-Card kiosk located on the lobby level, near the front desk. The kiosk will convert your cash for free into a debit card issued by major credit card company Mastercard. The cards range have a $20 minimum and a maximum of $500; a bill breaker feature is also available at this kiosk (if you have a large bill, you can exchange it for smaller bills at this machine). The card can be used anywhere in the hotel and convention center as well as outside, wherever that specific credit card is accepted. Cards are not returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash. To check your balance and track transactions, visit the website or call the phone number on the back of the card.

Hotel rates

The hotel rate is $213/night for single and double rooms. Most of the double rooms have two beds in the room but if you want to be guaranteed a room with two beds, be sure to select a Deluxe Queen (same price). Additional guests are $20/night for up to four total people in a room.

Comfortable rooms

Guests have a choice of rooms to fit their budget: single King rooms, double Queen rooms, spacious suites, and more. Many rooms also offer views of the Potomac River or the hotel’s impressive atrium.

Resort amenities without the price tag

The discounted room rate gives you comfortable accommodations on top of the necessities, like free high-speed Wi-Fi. You also receive a daily $10 credit for dry cleaning, two free bottles of water per day per room, access to the fitness center and pool, and a National Harbor coupon book valued at a savings of over $100. Additionally, all guests may ride the National Harbor Circulator bus for free—just show the driver your room key. 

Plentiful dining options

As well as the wide variety of dining options just outside the venue in the National Harbor Waterfront District, Gaylord National Resort & Conference Center is home to five different restaurants.

Convenient activities & entertainment

Attendees will have access to the fitness center, a full-service spa, and entertainment all contained within the venue. Take a walk along the riverfront to continue the discussion with your colleagues or for a break to get some fresh air.

Complimentary fitness center

The hotel’s state-of-the-art fitness center is free for all overnight guests and includes treadmills, dumbbells, kettlebells, and more. It’s open 24 hours a day, so you can work out whenever it suits your conference schedule. In addition to the fitness center, the hotel also has a swimming pool for the aquatically-inclined.
