The Finance Committee advises the Board of Directors respecting the annual budget, the management of Society bank accounts, and other financial matters. Also advises the Board of Directors regarding the Investment Policy in the context of the Society’s overall budget and long-term financial vision. The Finance Committee shall be composed of the Treasurer as Chairperson, three or more Eligible Members, and the President ex officio.
